This 3-part, interactive workshop series uses the REACH Method© to support leaders feeling the friction and tension of role ambiguity at work, home, and/or socially. We'll work in a small cohort. We'll have real conversation about challenges and opportunities. You'll work on your actual role(s), not hypothetical examples, and you'll leave each session with concrete actions, not just ideas.
This workshop will help you:
Session 1 (Oct 16): Re-Cognizing Your Position & Opportunities to Even Power Differentials Begin to deeply understand your role and its connection to your values, goals, and culture. Explore ways to address power disparities that strengthen trust and agency.
Session 2 (Oct 23): Acknowledging Diversity of Expertise Cultivate awareness around the value and variety or experiences and expertise. Build your practice of authentic acknowledgment to foster meaningful engagement.
Session 3 (Oct 30): Building Tools to Collaborate Through the Conflict & Heal Partnership Ruptures Gain insight into the mechanisms that foster ongoing collaboration even when friction is high and prepare to respond productively in post-conflict experiences and relationships.
